Der Weinkeller des Maître des Cols empfängt Sie das ganze Jahr über von Mittwoch bis Samstag von 10 bis 12 Uhr und 14 bis 19 Uhr, am Sonntag von 10 bis 12 Uhr. Das Geschäft ist leicht zu erreichen und liegt auf der Achse Vouziers - Ste Ménehould. Es ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Auswahl ist ebenso reichhaltig wie die Beratung. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Weinen (aus biologischem Anbau, INAO, Vigneron Indépendant usw.). Die Sommerveranstaltungen im Freien finden in einem ländlichen Rahmen rund um den kleinen Teich statt.
