Das Ferienhaus Le Perron ist ein freistehendes Haus in der Nähe einer anderen Ferienunterkunft und des Hauses der Eigentümer und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer für vier Personen.
Der beheizte Pool wird mit den Eigentümern und der anderen Ferienunterkunft geteilt und ist durch einen Zaun und eine Abdeckung gesichert. Er ist vom 01. Juni bis zum 28. September geöffnet.
