L'Abricôtier befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Aufzug und Privatparkplatz gegenüber dem Yachthafen von Arcachon. Sie ist gut möbliert und funktional und besteht aus einer ausgestatteten Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, das als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer (Schrankbett 160x200) genutzt werden kann, einem Wohnbereich, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten 0,90x1,90m, einem Badezimmer und einer separaten Toilette. Auf der Südseite der Residenz befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt beitragen: kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke. Gaszentralheizung (Pauschale 70?/Woche). Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Kurtaxe gegen Aufpreis. Möglichkeit der Reinigung am Ende des Aufenthalts. Der Empfang der Ankommenden ist von 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr gewährleistet.
