Das Bistrot Aphyllanthe liegt unterhalb des Restaurants Le Grand Cap, aber immer noch mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Sein Name stammt von der kleinen violetten Blume, die man rund um das Grand Cap findet, und spiegelt die Küche wider, die hier angeboten wird, nämlich die des Terroir Leucatois..
Erwan und Pamela Houssin wollten mit dem Bistrot Aphyllanthe einen anderen Teil der Gastronomie erkunden, aber immer mit dem Fokus auf Lokalität und Geschmack. Lassen Sie sich also von einem Menü oder einem Brett zum Teilen verführen!
