Das Ferienhaus Clos Sainte Marie liegt im Herzen des historischen Viertels Ponticauds in Limoges und am Ufer der Vienne. Es ist ein kleines, gemütliches Nest, das Nicolas und Virginie mit großer Sorgfalt renoviert und eingerichtet haben. Sie haben zahlreiche Gegenstände und Möbelstücke gefunden, um diesem gemütlichen Haus eine Seele voller Sanftmut zu verleihen, in der es sich gut leben lässt. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und befindet sich im Stadtzentrum. Es bietet außerdem eine angenehme Terrasse und einen 300 m² großen Garten, in den eine weitere geschützte Terrasse eingebettet ist, von der aus man die Kathedrale der Stadt sehen kann. Das Stadtzentrum von Limoges ist schnell zu erreichen (15 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Bus) und es ist einfach, in der Nähe des Hauses zu parken
