This former 18th-century farm is located on a hectare of land in the commune of Vitrac, just 5 km from Sarlat at the very heart of the Périgord noir.
Its principal building has been entirely restored to provide chic countryside living quarters for up to six people. The property also includes a former barn, a bread oven and a 5x10m private heated swimming pool.

In this true haven of peace you may relax in the tranquil garden alongside the spacious heated pool (5x10m, depth from 1m10 to 1m90) and dine in the shade of the bread oven during the hot days of summer (a barbecue is provided for your use).
