Der 150 m² große Privatgarten mit Blick auf die Kathedrale wird Sie begeistern. Eine kleine grüne Ecke mitten im Stadtzentrum, in der Sie in aller Ruhe lesen, sich ausruhen oder Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen können.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einer offenen und ausgestatteten Küche, eine Sitzecke mit einem Schlafsofa (Möglichkeit von 2 zusätzlichen Betten - 160x200 Matratze), einen großen Flachbildschirm und eine Essecke. Eine Master-Suite mit einem 160x200 Bett, einem Fernseher, einem Duschraum (große Duschwanne + Waschbecken) und einer separaten Toilette mit Waschbecken.
Draußen haben Sie einen privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof des Gebäudes, Zugang zum Garten vom Wohnzimmer (Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle).
Um Ihren Aufenthalt zu verschönern, stehen Ihnen zwei Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Heizung, Strom, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Aufenthaltspreis enthalten.
