Abends wird das Restaurant zu einer Weinbar, in der ausgewählte, köstliche und elegante Weine angeboten werden, die zu den Gerichten der Theke passen, die auf Qualität und Gaumenfreuden ausgerichtet sind und edle Produkte wie Foie Gras, Lachs und Trüffel, aber auch hausgemachte Wurstwaren und gereiften Käse anbieten.
