Das Ferienhaus beinhaltet: Im Erdgeschoss: Einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit amerikanischer Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, eine Elternsuite, mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet (elektrisch regulierbares Bett, bodengleiche Dusche mit Sitz für Personen mit Bewegungseimschränkungen). Auf der Etage: 2 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten jeder, ein Bad mit WC.
Außen: Einen eingezäunten Garten von 300m2, eine 50 m2 große Terrasse, einen Pool von 25m2 und Parkplatz.
