Die Villa liegt auf dem Land, in der Nähe des Waldes La Double und am Ufer des Flusses Isle.
Das Ferienhaus ist der Westflügel der vollständig restaurierten Villa Magnieu und umfasst 102 m2. Sie ist autonom und bietet eine flexible und komfortable Unterkunft für bis zu 7 Personen.
Es besteht aus zwei Gîtes, die entweder über eine Treppe miteinander verbunden sind oder unabhängig voneinander über eine eigene Terrasse verfügen; beide sind für Ihren Urlaub inbegriffen.
