Dieses Haus wurde 1725 aus Stein und roten Ziegelsteinen erbaut, die früher noch sichtbar waren und an der Ostfassade zu sehen sind. Es hat ein Mansarddach auf einem schönen Dachstuhl und liegt in der Einbuchtung eines großen Hofes. Es war ein Bauernhof der Custine, der Herren von Guermange. Die angrenzende Scheune mit ihrem hohen Dachstuhl hat ihre Verblendungen aus roten Ziegeln bewahrt.
Das Innere des Hauses, das derzeit restauriert wird, zeichnet sich durch seine Holzfachwerkwände und die französischen Decken im Obergeschoss aus.
Das Haus und die Scheune sind heute in das Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques aufgenommen. Kostenlose Führungen mit Reservierung für maximal 4 Personen.
