Im Urlaubsplan auf der Halbinsel steht der Markt von Cap Ferret ganz oben auf der Liste, er ist fast unumgänglich. Im Inneren gibt es Gerichte zum Mitnehmen, einen Metzger, einen Fischhändler, einen Gemüsehändler... aber auch einen Weinkeller/Feinkostladen. In der Markthalle ist ein kleines Café eingerichtet. Man kommt hierher, um Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken, aber auch um Tapas und ein Glas Wein zur Aperitifzeit zu genießen. Im Außenbereich bietet der Markt ein fröhliches Durcheinander von Ständen mit Kleidung, Schmuck, handwerklichen Kreationen, Heimtextilien..
