Außerhalb der Mauern der prestigeträchtigen Abtei von Ferrières, am Ende der verlängerten Rue des Fossés, lässt sich ein kleines, originelles architektonisches Erbe entdecken, das die Erinnerung an die sehr alte Kirche Saint-Amand und Saint-Eloi bewahrt. In der Mitte des alten Friedhofskarrees kann man ein hohes Hosannière- oder "Hosannaire"-Kreuz (dessen unterer Teil auf das 13. Jahrhundert datiert wird) aus Stein und Schmiedeeisen bewundern, das auf einem achteckigen, gestuften Unterbau mit sieben Stufen steht. Ganz in der Nähe des Kreuzes befindet sich noch ein merkwürdiges steinernes Pult aus dem 13. oder 14. Dieses von einer kleinen, schmucklosen Säule getragene Pult diente am Palmsonntag zum Singen von "Hosianna", zum Lesen des Evangeliums und zum Lesen des Evangeliums
