Im Erdgeschoss: ein schöner Wohnraum mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 140) mit angrenzendem Badezimmer, die Toilette und ein Spielzimmer. Stock: 3 Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit 1 Bett 140), Badezimmer und WC. Der Wohnraum öffnet sich zu einem kleinen geschlossenen Hof, wo sich die Gartenmöbel und der Grill befinden. Die Dekoration vereint moderne und alte Elemente mit allem Komfort und Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus. Châtellerault "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" mit seinem Volkstheater und seinem Automobilmuseum ist 20 km entfernt. Der Jakobsweg ist 500 m entfernt.
