Das Ferienhaus liegt an der Straße von Linards nach Châteauneuf La Forêt und öffnet sich auf der Straßenseite zu einem umzäunten Hof und einer Rasenfläche. Auf der Rückseite befinden sich eine Terrasse und ein Rasengrundstück mit Schaukel und Spielhäuschen für die Kinder. Der See von Chateauneuf La Forêt ist 3,5 km entfernt (Schwimmen, Angeln...). Mehrere Wanderwege ermöglichen die Entdeckung eines ausgedehnten Waldmassivs mit dem Mont Gargan als Wachturm (731 m), einem wichtigen Ort des Widerstands in der Limousine.
