In der Rue Frédéric Bastiat führen Emilie und ihr Mann Michel die Familientradition fort, indem sie die symbolträchtige Bäckerei und Konditorei von Mugron übernehmen, die von ihren Urgroßeltern eröffnet wurde. Für die Mittagspause werden jeden Tag Sandwiches oder Snacks vor Ort zubereitet.
