Der Picknickplatz in Billère ist von der Fußgängerbrücke über den Gave de Pau in Jurançon aus erreichbar.
Er befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Gave, im Gras, am Anfang eines Sportparcours. Sie befinden sich in einem kleinen Unterholz, am Ufer des Gave in einer sehr angenehmen, bukolischen Umgebung, einem Ort der Natur und sind dennoch nur 200 m von der Straße entfernt, die nach Pau oder in die Täler Ossau und Aspe führt.
