Dieses völlig unabhängige Haus befindet sich auf einem großen, vollständig umzäunten Grundstück, das einen Garten, eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill sowie einen Parkplatz mit einer Aufladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge bietet. In einem Wohngebiet gelegen, nur einen Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, profitieren Sie von der Nähe zu verschiedenen Geschäften und Dienstleistungen sowie den Verkehrsmitteln, wie dem Bahnhof (TER-Linie) und einer Buslinie in der Nähe.
Das auf zwei Ebenen eingerichtete Ferienhaus kann bequem 10 Personen beherbergen.
