Kommen Sie zu Jacqueline und Michel nach Gamarde-les-Bains in Chalosse, im Süden von Les Landes. Sie können zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Voie Verte de Chalosse starten. Der Zugang ist weniger als 1 km entfernt, diese Route ist für motorisierte Fahrzeuge verboten. Auf der einen Seite fahren Sie nach Hinx. Von dieser Gemeinde aus können Sie den Adour-Pfad erreichen, entdecken Sie die Fauna und Flora rund um diesen Fluss (der Streckenverlauf ist im Tourismusbüro in Montfort-en-Chalosse erhältlich). Auf der anderen Seite geht es nach Montfort und dann nach Mugron. In Montfort können Sie die Bastide aus dem 13. Jh. und das Musée de la Chalosse (landwirtschaftliches Leben im 19. Jh.) entdecken.
