Berwick-upon-Tweed [ˈbɛɹɪk] ist eine Stadt in Northumberland an der englischen Ostküste. Die nördlichste Stadt Englands liegt auf einer Halbinsel an der Mündung des Flusses Tweed, der in dieser Gegend die Grenze zwischen England und Schottland bildet. Obwohl die Stadt auf der nördlichen Seite des Flusses liegt, gehört sie zu England, da die Grenze um Berwick herum verläuft, und bildet somit den einzigen Teil Englands nördlich des Tweed. Sie gab aber auch der schottischen Grafschaft Berwickshire ihren Namen, deren Hauptstadt sie im Mittelalter war. Berwick war Verwaltungssitz des ehemaligen Distrikts Borough of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Bei der Volkszählung von 2001 hatte die Stadt 11.665 Einwohner, der Distrikt 25.949.
