Clyro ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde in Radnorshire, Powys, Wales, mit 781 Einwohnern laut der Volkszählung im Vereinigten Königreich von 2011. Die nächste Stadt ist Hay-on-Wye, etwa 1,5 Meilen im Südosten.
Der Name des Dorfes wird als Abgeleitet von dem Walisischen für 'klares Wasser' angesehen. Obwohl eine römische Festung im Dorf ausgegraben wurde, wird angenommen, dass die Siedlung Clyro frühmittelalterlich ist.
