Die Kathedrale der Heiligen Peter und Paul ist die Kathedralkirche der römisch-katholischen Diözese Killaloe. Sie befindet sich in Ennis, County Clare, Irland.
Das Gelände der Kathedrale wurde 1828 der Diözese für den Bau einer Pfarrkirche für Ennis gespendet. Die Bauarbeiten wurden begonnen und fortgesetzt, jedoch mit langsamen Fortschritten, und die unvollendete Kirche wurde 1842 erstmals für die Feier der Messe genutzt. Ein Jahr später wurde die Kirche dann den Heiligen Peter und Paul geweiht.
