Ghiffa ist eine Gemeinde am Lago Maggiore in der italienischen Provinz Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in der Region Piemont.
Der Ort liegt auf einer Höhe von 201 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Das Gemeindegebiet umfasst eine Fläche von 13,95 km². Zu Ghiffa gehören die Fraktionen Arca, Bozzela, Carpiano, Cargiago, Caronio, Ceredo, Deccio, Frino, Rometto, Ronco, San Maurizio, Selva, Sasso und Susello. Die Nachbargemeinden sind Arizzano, Bee, Castelveccana , Laveno-Mombello, Oggebbio, Porto Valtravaglia , Premeno und Verbania.
