Carsoli ist eine italienische Gemeinde mit 5245 Einwohnern in der Provinz L’Aquila in den Abruzzen. In Carsoli besteht mit dem Riserva naturale speciale delle Grotte di Pietrasecca ein besonders geschütztes Höhlensystem.
Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 38,5 Kilometer südwestlich von L’Aquila und etwa 53 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Rom. Carsoli grenzt an die Provinz Rieti und die Metropolitanstadt Rom. Zum Gemeindegebiet gehören die Ortsteile Colli di Monte Bove, Montesabinese, Pietrasecca, Poggio Cinolfo, Tufo di Carsoli, Villetta und Villa Romana.
