Mariakapelle Trichterweg Margraten
Die Kapelle liegt am Rand der bebauten Umgebung von Margraten an einer Straßenkreuzung und wird durch eine Grünanlage akzentuiert. Die Kapelle stammt aus dem Jahr 1961 und wurde von Bürgermeister Vrouwenraedts gegründet. Die Kapelle verbirgt ein dahinterliegendes Transformatorenhaus, das durch die Kapelle aus dem Blickfeld verbannt wird. Die Seitenwände sind aus Naturstein. Ein betoniertes Vordach schützt das Innere. Ein schmiedeeisernes Tor schließt den Eingang ab. Auf einem aus verschiedenen Farben gefliesten Natursteinaltar steht in einer geraden Nische eine Marienstatue. Wände und Decke sind weiß gestrichen.
