Hooidonk ist eine Siedlung an der Grenze der Gemeinden Son en Breugel und Nuenen, Gerwen und Nederwetten in der niederländischen Provinz Nordbrabant. Es liegt 2 Kilometer im Südosten des Dorfes Son.
Hooidonk ist eine sehr alte Siedlung in der Nähe des Ortes, wo der Hooidonker Bächle in die Dommel mündet. Hier befindet sich die Hooidonker Wassermühle. Im Jahr 1146 wurde hier das Priorat Hooidonk, ein adeliges Nonnenkloster, gegründet. Von diesem Priorat sind noch Reste eines Gewölbes zu finden. In der Nähe wurde die Kreuzkapelle erbaut, mit einem Prozessionspark darum herum.
