Tuitjenhorn ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Schagen in der Provinz Noord-Holland. Es grenzt an Warmenhuizen und ist ein landwirtschaftliches Dorf. Im Dorf stand das Gemeindehaus der am 1. Januar 2013 aufgelösten Gemeinde Harenkarspel. Das Dorf hatte im Jahr 2021 etwa 3.760 Einwohner. Das Dorf Tuitjenhorn reicht bis in das Mittelalter zurück. Man lebte auf dem noch existierenden Damm mit der Straße davor. Tuitjenhorn ist zusammen mit der Siedlung Zijbelhuizen im Laufe der Jahrhunderte größer geworden als das Hauptdorf Heringcarspel/Haringkarspel, das heutige Kerkbuurt.
