Diese Riesenräder sind auf der Brücke über den Austernkanal gebaut.
In der dahinter liegenden Schlucht werden Schalentiere gezüchtet. Die Riesenräder, die mit Strom aus Sonnenkollektoren betrieben werden, versorgen den Kanal kontinuierlich mit frischem Wasser und damit neuer Nahrung für die Muschelzucht.
Die Schalentiere wachsen auf speziellen Tischen im Kanal und ernähren sich von Algen im Wasser.
