Vøringsfossen ist ein Wasserfall in Norwegen. Die Fallhöhe beträgt 183 m, die größte Freifallstrecke des Wassers 145 m. Der Wasserfall liegt am Westrand der Hardangervidda in Eidfjord unweit des Rv 7, der Oslo mit Bergen verbindet. Die Wassermenge kann zur Schneeschmelze im Frühjahr mehr als 150 Kubikmeter pro Sekunde betragen. Im Jahr 1980 wurde der Fluss für die Stromerzeugung reguliert, wodurch erhebliche Wassermengen nicht mehr zu sehen sind.
Der kleine Fluss Bjoreio, in dessen Verlauf der Vøringsfossen liegt, wird oberhalb des Wasserfalls im Tal Sysendalen durch den Sysendamm gestaut und für die Stromproduktion verwendet. Die Wassermenge ist daher eingeschränkt, wird allerdings aus touristischen Gründen im Sommer vom 1. Juni bis 15. September auf zirka 12 m³ Wasser pro Sekunde erhöht, was etwa der natürlichen Durchflussmenge entspricht.
