Die Basilika der Muttergottes von Licheń ist eine Wallfahrtskirche in Licheń Stary, 15 km nördlich von Konin in der Woiwodschaft Großpolen.
Das 200 Jahre alte, als wundertätig verehrte Bild der Muttergottes von Licheń wurde ursprünglich in der örtlichen Dorotheenkirche aufbewahrt. 1994 erfolgte die Grundsteinlegung für eine neue Kirche zu Ehren der Jungfrau Maria, in deren Hochaltar das Madonnenbild 2006 Platz fand. Am 7. Juni 1999 segnete Johannes Paul II. die im Bau befindliche Kirche. Am 12. Juni 2004 wurde nach zehnjähriger Bauzeit die dreischiffige Basilika mit Zentralkuppel und einem Querschiff fertiggestellt, die die Architektin Barbara Bielecka aus Gdynia entworfen hatte und die größtenteils aus Spendengeldern finanziert wurde. Am 25. Februar 2005 erhob Johannes Paul II. die Kirche zur päpstlichen Basilica minor.
