Unsere Liebe Frau von der ewigen Hilfe , manchmal auch Unsere Liebe Frau von der Hilfe und dem Sieg, ist ein Titel Mariens , der mit einer gleichnamigen byzantinischen Ikone verbunden ist. Die Ikone befindet sich seit dem späten 15. Jahrhundert in Rom, könnte aber älter sein. Das Bild ist bei Katholiken sehr beliebt. In der östlichen orthodoxen Kirche ist das Bild als Theotokos of the Passion (wörtlich: Unsere Liebe Frau der Passion), russisch Strasdnaia, bekannt.
