Das Wells Fargo Center ist ein Wolkenkratzer im Zentrum von Seattle. Der Wolkenkratzer hat 53 Etagen, davon sechs unterirdisch, und ist 174,96 Meter hoch. Damit ist das Wells Fargo Center das siebthöchste Gebäude von Seattle. Der Bau wurde 1983 abgeschlossen und damals war Equity Office Properties Trust der Eigentümer. Das Bürogebäude ist im modernen Stil und im internationalen Stil erbaut und hat eine Fläche von 91.400 m². Das Wells Fargo Center verfügt auch über eine Parkgarage mit 668 Parkplätzen und umfasst 24 Aufzüge.
Bevor der Wolkenkratzer hier stand, befand sich an diesem Ort die American Savings Bank und das Olympic National Building.
