Der 1585 Broadway, oder besser bekannt als Morgan Stanley Building ist ein 209 Meter hoher Wolkenkratzer in Midtown Manhattan und der Hauptsitz von Morgan Stanley.
Kurz bevor der 1585 Broadway-Bau 1989 im Duffy Square begann, unterzeichnete David S. Solomon einen 20-Jahres Vertrag mit der Firma Proskauer Rose für 33.900 Quadratmeter. Der Vertrag war ein Meilenstein für den Markt und Manhattan, so entstanden in den folgenden Jahren sehr viele weitere Wolkenkratzer in Manhattan. Das Gebäude wurde 1990 fertiggestellt und ein Jahr später eröffnet.
