Das Gebäude ist 229 Meter hoch und hat 54 Stockwerke; es steht an 42. Stelle der Liste der höchsten Gebäude in New York . Die Bauarbeiten begannen 1985 und wurden bereits nach einem Jahr abgeschlossen. Das Büro Edward Larrabee Barnes Associates entwarf diesen Büroturm in Midtown Manhattan zwischen der 52. und 53. Straße an der Seventh Avenue. Architektonisch zeichnet es sich durch seine kantigen Formen sowie seine Rücksprünge an der Fassade aus. Das Dach hat einen auffälligen rechteckigen, fast fensterlosen Aufbau.
Im Gebäude befinden sich auch ein Restaurant und ein Fitnesscenter. Ansonsten ist das Gebäude nicht der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich.
