Das Solow Building ist ein Wolkenkratzer in New York City. Das Gebäude ist zurzeit das 66-höchste in New York. Es befindet sich in Midtown Manhattan, in direkter Nähe zum berühmten Plaza Hotel und zum Central Park an der 9 West 57th Street.
Das 210 Meter hohe Gebäude wurde im Jahr 1974 nach einer Bauzeit von sechs Jahren eröffnet. Es fällt besonders durch seinen weißen Beton und die schwarzgetönte Fensterfront auf. Auch seine Form ist außergewöhnlich. Jeweils die Nord- und die Südseite des 50-stöckigen Gebäudes ist nach innen gewölbt. Dadurch nimmt die Etagenfläche mit steigender Höhe immer weiter ab. Sowohl an der Ost-, als auch an der Westseite des Hochhauses sind jeweils drei Kreuzverstrebungen zu erkennen, die dem Bauwerk zusätzliche Stabilität verleihen sollen.
