Das AECOM bietet die Abschlüsse Medical Doctor und Ph.D. an sowie ein Medical Scientist Training Program. Es studieren dort etwa 750 Studenten der Medizin sowie 375 PhD-Studenten. Damit ist das AECOM eine der größten medizinischen Ausbildungsstätten der USA.
