Die Jamaica Station im gleichnamigen Stadtteil ist der drittgrößte Bahnhof von New York und Hauptknotenpunkt für den Schienenverkehr von Long Island. Sie wird von der Long Island Rail Road, der New York City Subway und dem AirTrain JFK bedient.
Er gliedert sich in drei Teile: Der LIRR-Bahnhof liegt zwischen der Archer Avenue und der 94th Avenue und überspannt den Sutphin Boulevard. Nördlich der Bahnhofshalle befindet sich unterhalb der Archer Avenue der U-Bahnhof Sutphin Boulevard – Archer Avenue – JFK Airport, der unterirdisch mit dem LIRR-Bahnhof verbunden ist. Der 2003 eröffnete AirTrain-Bahnhof schließt sich südlich an den LIRR-Bahnhof an.
