Lewis County ist ein County im Bundesstaat New York der Vereinigten Staaten. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2010 hatte das County 27.087 Einwohner und eine Bevölkerungsdichte von 8,2 Einwohner pro Quadratkilometer. Der Verwaltungssitz ist Lowville.
Lewis County liegt im nördlichen Zentralland des Bundesstaates New York in den bewaldeten Ebenen des Tug Hill Plateau; im Osten des Countys läuft eine Kette der Adirondack Mountains in südöstlicher Richtung. Wichtigste Wasserläufe sind der von Süd nach Nord durch das County verlaufende Black River, sein rechter Zulauf, der Moose River, sowie der direkt in den Ontariosee mündende Salmon River. Höchste Erhebung des Countys ist der Gomer Hill mit 643 Metern.
