Im Restaurant El Rancho in Chío gibt es 100% kanarische Küche. Es liegt an der TF38, die zum Teide führt.
Auf der Terrasse hat man eine phänomenale Aussicht. Es ist ein authentisches Restaurant mit lokalen Einflüssen. Sehr leckere Tapas und hausgemachter Wein . Sehr gute Preise für das, was man bekommt. Wir hatten eine Tortilla, Würstchen, spanischen Schinken, Manchego, Kroketten-Mix, alles sehr lecker.
Kann stark besucht sein, da es auch eine Haltestelle für Touristenbusse ist.
Im Garten gibt es ein kleines Museum über die Guanchen.
Neben dem Restaurant El Rancho gibt es einen kleinen Souvenirladen . In diesem Laden können Sie echte kanarische Köstlichkeiten probieren, wie zum Beispiel: Honig, verschiedene Brotaufstriche, Bananenwein, Bananenlikör und Nüsse.
