In the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, it's wonderful to stay at the tavern 't Konijntje. After a refreshing walk or bike ride, it's the perfect stop to catch your breath. You can stop by at any hour of the day for a hunger-satisfying snack, a drink – including our own "Cuvée 't Konijntje" – or a more extensive meal. In the afternoon and morning, pancakes, apple fritters, and artisanal ice cream are always on the menu. From Wednesday to Friday, you can also opt for a delicious daily special at a very democratic price! All dishes are prepared in grandmother's style, using fresh and seasonal products from the region.
't Konijntje is also known for its delightful classics such as côte-à-l'os and grilled dishes. Our top dishes are undoubtedly the Belgian blanc-bleu entrecôte and the deliciously tender Irish Angus
rib-eye. You also have the option to rent the place for seminars, meetings, or private parties. Moreover, this establishment is also perfect for children as we have a playground and a changing table for the little ones! Whether for a restaurant or café visit, everyone is welcome!
