Museum aan de Stroom

The MAS is located on Het Eilandje. This museum tells the tale of the port and of Antwerp as a metropolis. Be sure not to miss the temporary exhibitions. The MAS also boasts an extensive collection, so you will never be bored.

Tip from Simon: All exhibition areas are wheelchair friendly. The lift may only be used under the supervision of a member of the museum
sta , but just ask at reception and they will be delighted to help you. Wheelchair users may
also go right up to the ninth fl oor, without a reservation. Again, just ask at the reception.
Accessible toilets are found on the ground floor and first floor.

Tip from Simon: The panoramic views are a highlight at the MAS. So head up to the roof (on the ninth floor) and take in the stunning scenery. Take care: on a windy day you are best making sure that everything is well-attached to your wheelchair.
