Station Bissegem

Bissegem is a railway station in Bissegem, Belgium. The station building is no longer used by the SNCB.

On January 15, 1853, the first train passed through Bissgem, through the Société des Chemins de fer de la Flandre occidentale. The current building dates from 1924 and is of the reconstruction type. Since 1987 there is no longer a counter function in the building. Later, in 1990, the building was sold. It was protected as a monument in 2001. In 2012, the building underwent a major renovation. It already served as a fruit and vegetable shop and later as a flower shop. Since 10 October 2014, the building has been a café, Eva's Grand Café.
