Linked cottage-styled villas located in a walled garden, built as mirror images of each other and registered in the land registry in 1931. Brick construction of two stories under an overhanging complex roof (tiles). Rendered and white-painted facades emphasized by two corner buttresses. Characteristic volume work with the combination of cornice and gable facades, marked by three-sided bay windows with crowning balconies for the bel étage windows. Originally, there may have been a recessed round arch portal at both numbers, but this has been closed at number 110.
