Dulle Griet - Damme

Damme has opened a corona-safe walking museum in Corona year 2021. The aim is to allow visitors to experience art and history in a safe way.

This work "Dulle Griet" by Pieter Breughel is part of the museum.

You walk through the city and then you come across a panel. If you point your smartphone at the panel, you will see the images come to life through the smartphone. One of those paintings is "Dulle brill". Some of the characters in it address the viewer and provide information about the painting, about Tijl Uilenspiegel and about the 16th century.
