Horka is a Saxon municipality in the district of Görlitz. The municipality, consisting of the three parts Biehain, Horka, and Mückenhain, belongs to the administrative association Weißer Schöps/Neiße.
The municipality of Horka is located in the eastern part of the district in a wooded area near the border with Poland, about 18 km northwest of the district capital Görlitz and 4 km east of Niesky. The area, with its extensive forests, is part of the Upper Lusatian heath and pond landscape.
