Beuel-Mitte is a district of the Bonn borough of Beuel. It is located between the Rhine in the west, the railway line in the east, the Bröltalbahnweg in the north, and the Rosenweg in the south. Originating from earlier village settlements, Beuel-Mitte developed into a central locality due to its central bridge location. Due to its central location between Bonn's city center and the higher-priced Rhein-Sieg-Kreis, predominantly historical building substance as well as numerous new constructions in the upper price segment along with a variety of leisure, shopping, and cultural infrastructure, the district is considered a "prestigious" residential area.
