The Archbishop's St. Joseph Gymnasium is a state-approved substitute school run by the Archdiocese of Cologne and one of two grammar schools in Rheinbach near Bonn. Until 2012, it was run as a grammar school for girls, since then the school has pursued a bi-educational approach in gender-separated parallel classes up to grade 9.
