The Forge

La Farga is a forge adapted as a workshop in Arbúcies included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

It is a rectangular building with three floors and an attic, with a gabled roof on the sides. It is in very poor condition. The openings in the main facade are of different sizes; on the ground floor, they are bricked up, and one of them still retains the wooden lintel. On the first floor, there are two balconies, and one of the windows, which is very damaged, has a lowered arch. On the second floor, the windows are rectangular with a brick relieving arch, and the circular openings, also of brick, of the third floor stand out. From the walls, the right half of the facade is made of brick while the left is made of masonry with some parts rendered and painted white.
