The bullring of Hervás is located in the city of Hervás, specifically on Mount Castañar Gallego, near the chapel of San Andrés which houses the image of Christ of Health. It belongs to the province of Cáceres. It dates back to the year 1929 although it was reconstructed in 1950. The bullring is considered third category as no more than fifteen bullfighting events are held there per year, nor is it located in a provincial capital.
