Lamargé Castle

The Château de Lamargé is a castle located in the commune of Fontanges in Cantal. It includes several main buildings from different periods from the sixteenth century to the eighteenth century.
Remodeled over the centuries, the castle consists of a square tower of the fifteenth century incorporated into the main building of the late sixteenth century, rectangular plan, confined by two towers at each end of its south façade. In the eighteenth century, enlargement of the building on the back, and addition of a wing. Nineteenth-century commons and classical terraces surround it.
